Questions

What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your account becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted — every inspection, work order and photo stays readable and exportable. Only new changes are blocked, so you never lose work by taking your time deciding.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial needs an email address and nothing else. You only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe.
How is the room count worked out?
It is the number of rooms you have set up in StayTidy. You pick the band that covers your property at checkout; there is no per-room metering and no surprise adjustment on your invoice.
What if we grow past our band?
Nothing breaks and nothing is blocked. Your settings page tells you that you have outgrown the band, and you move up whenever it suits.
Is there a per-user charge?
No. Staff accounts are unlimited on every plan. Housekeepers, maintenance and front desk all get logins at no extra cost — charging per seat would only discourage you from giving accounts to the people who most need them.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data stays readable and exportable afterwards.
