1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StayTidy GM's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

StayTidy GM provides hotel management software services, including but not limited to room inspection management, maintenance tracking, and staff performance monitoring. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Subscription and Payments

StayTidy is a paid subscription service. New accounts begin with a free trial of 14 days, during which every feature is included and no payment details are required. At the end of the trial an administrator must select a plan for the account to continue accepting new entries.

Plans are priced by the number of rooms at your property, not per user — staff accounts are unlimited on every plan — and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Current prices are shown on our pricing page. Fees apply only to accounts on which an authorised administrator has selected a plan. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and we do not refund part-used periods.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are provided directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by StayTidy. We store only a customer reference, your plan, and its status.

If a trial ends without a plan being selected, or a subscription later lapses or a payment fails, your account becomes read-only rather than being closed: your existing data remains accessible and exportable, and only new changes are blocked until a plan is selected or renewed. Nothing is deleted.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by StayTidy GM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

StayTidy GM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StayTidy GM is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
