Start with a one-month pilot

One paid month at your property's normal monthly price. Guided setup and weekly check-ins are included, with no setup fee. The pilot ends without another charge unless you explicitly agree to continue. We may agree one additional 14-day evaluation period at no charge. Records remain readable for at least 90 days after stopping; photos follow the retention periods set out below.

It tests one thing: whether unfinished work stops disappearing between shifts at your hotel, and whether you spend less time chasing updates.

Ask about a pilot

A reply by email to agree dates. Nothing is charged until the start date.

Who takes part

The GM, a housekeeping supervisor, a maintenance lead, and whoever covers them on evenings, weekends and days off. They sign in. Attendants and technicians go on the team roster and are assigned work, and credited for it, without an account.

How it runs

  1. Setup, before the paid month

About an hour on a call: rooms, the team roster, logins for the GM, the supervisors and their cover, and the jobs already open on paper. It happens during the 14-day free trial, so no paid days go on data entry.

  2. An agreed start date

We confirm the start and end dates in writing. You subscribe on the start date, at your normal monthly price, charged once.

  3. Every day: brief and hand over from one list

The morning briefing runs from Assignments. At handover, the supervisor updates what changed: work done, a blocker that moved, or an action the next shift must take. A job still waiting on the same thing needs no new entry.

  4. Every Friday: a 30-minute check-in

With the GM and the supervisor, against the measures below, taken from the records the app already keeps.

  5. At the end: your decision

Keep it, take one free 14-day extension agreed before the end date, or do nothing and it stops.

How it is judged

Targets are agreed on the setup call, before day one, so neither side can move them afterwards.

Jobs handed over with no update
At every shift change, open jobs due that day or overdue whose card shows no update since they were last assigned, started or returned. A job still waiting on the same blocker is not counted against you.
Overdue work completed, not just moved
The overdue list is compared week to week: each job is completed, moved to a later date, or still overdue. Moving a date is recorded, never counted as progress.
Reported finished versus verified
How long finished work waits for someone other than the worker to check it.
No second tracker
Whether anything is still kept on paper or in a spreadsheet "just in case".
Your time chasing updates
Your own judgment, against a baseline taken on the setup call. It is the one the decision rests on.

The terms

Price
Your property's normal monthly price: $59 (up to 75 rooms), $129 (76-200 rooms), or $249 (201-500 rooms). Charged once, on the start date.
Setup and check-ins
Included. No setup fee.
Dates
One month from an agreed start date, after setup. Both dates confirmed in writing before you subscribe.
How it ends
On the agreed end date, with no further charge, unless you explicitly agree to continue. There is nothing for you to cancel.
Extension
One additional 14-day evaluation period at no charge, if we agree it before the original end date. The new end date is confirmed in writing.
After stopping
Your records stay readable for at least 90 days. New entries are blocked.
Photos
Kept for set periods, during the pilot and after it, so 90 days of read-only access does not mean every photo stays available throughout:
  • Inspection photos: 365 days from when they were taken.
  • Work order photos: 90 days after the job is completed. An open job keeps its photos.
  • Lost & found photos: 30 days after the item is claimed or disposed of. An unclaimed item keeps its photos.
